If you’re interested in trying the Yoli Better body System, you’re probably wondering what you can expect once you start the system. Here, you will find a run down of what you can expect your diet to be like, aside from using the Yoli products, during your first week on the program.
On a protein only day, you’ll have a Passion Drink, Alkalete Capsules, and a YES Shake for breakfast, then a protein snack mid morning. For lunch, you have a YES Shake, a protein snack, and a Passion Drink. For dinner, you have a protein snack, and, before bed you have Pure and Alkalete Capsules.
On a meal day, you will have a Passion Drink, Alkalete Capsules, and a YES Shake with some fruit for breakfast. As a mid morning snack, you have a protein snack. For lunch, you have a small meal with protein, vegetables and fruit. For a late afternoon snack, you have a protein snack, a Passion Drink, and some vegetables. For dinner, you have a YES Shake, and before bed you have Pure and Alkalete Capsules.
The first two days are protein only days, and you’re going to cut carbohydrates out of your eating. You do this because you want to dramatically reduce the carbohydrates in your blood, your muscles and your liver so that your body has no choice but to burn fat as a fuel source. You want to make sure that you maintain or even increase your lean muscle tissue during this program, so every three to four hours you’re going to need to be bringing in two to four ounces of some sort of lean protein (like beef jerky, hard boiled eggs, deli meat or chicken breast).
On day three you get a 500 to 600 calorie meal at lunch that includes some complex carbohydrates. This is the first time you will be introducing carbohydrates back into your diet, and so it is very important that you get these carbohydrates from things like broccoli, vegetables, beans, black beans, pinto beans, etc. After about 48 hours, if your body doesn’t receive those carbohydrates, it’s going to start protecting itself (AKA, storing more fat). You may not see any weight loss on this third day, but your body fat is decreasing.
On days four and six, you are back to only protein (like in days one and two), which makes your metabolism shift into high fat-burning mode. This means you will again see some weight loss, and your heart will start to become more efficient. You might also begin to notice that your clothes are fitting more loosely, and that you’re feeling better and more energized. Days five and seven are meal days (like day three), and you will see larger losses on the protein only days.
This seven-day schedule is the Yoli Better Body System Fast Track program, and they recommend that you repeat this schedule until your desired weight has been met.
